Snack & dessert trailers

Soft-serve, sweets, and small-menu concession — with a craft-metal exterior that reads premium, not carnival vinyl.

Same fab-shop DNA as the coffee line

If you’re serving soft-serve, cookies, or a tight dessert menu, you still need a storefront that holds up next to cafés and venues — not a lemonade-box wrap. We build enclosed snack units with the same structural metal, hatch work, and finish language as our coffee trailers.

Investment

Most Retro Revival snack & dessert builds land starting in the mid‑$50s, with turnkey layouts often in a mid-premium band depending on size, systems, and finish. Soft-serve machines, refrigeration, and generators are often scoped separately when you bring your own equipment or coordinate purchase with the shop.

Every quote is to your layout — no bait SKUs.

Typically starting in the mid‑$50s · Built by a fab shop, not a cargo dealer.

FAQ

Is this just a wrapped cargo trailer?

No. Same fab-shop approach as our coffee line — structural metal, custom hatches, and a finish that reads craft, not carnival vinyl or a lemonade-box wrap.

Do you include the soft-serve machine?

Often equipment is scoped separately. Many owners supply their own machines; we can also coordinate purchases. We’ll design power, water, and counters around what you run.

How long does a build take?

Typical builds take 2–6 weeks depending on specs. Heavy custom or out-of-area jobs get a dated range with your quote — not a homepage promise.

How are the trailers insulated?

We use closed-cell spray foam in the walls to cut exterior sun and heat load — more comfortable in hot and cold environments.

Who builds the trailer frames?

We weld the steel frames in-house — all-welded construction, finished with rust-prevention paint — then outfit the body and systems in the same shop.

Can you match health-code needs for my state?

We plan sink, water, and surface packages with your jurisdiction in mind. Final compliance is between you and your health department — we’ll help scope options honestly.

Who do I call after delivery?

You’re dealing with the fab shop that built it — Primo Metal Works — for mods, repairs, and questions.
